It’s all in the details. This tented Aspen wedding showed how timeless a theme can be when done with style.
Caroline & Peter chose a private estate wedding in Aspen, Colorado for their summer nuptials. The jet setting couple travels the world most of the year but decided on Aspen as their home base. “A summer wedding at home” is how the bride described her vision. She chose to use Chinese Ginger jars as a theme. Thank to their amazing planner, Karli, with Ivory and Vine Events, it was done to perfection.

Tented Aspen Summer Wedding
Ivory & Vine Events brought the couple’s vision to life in a gorgeous sail tent. Set among the aspen trees with views for miles, it was the perfect spot for a back yard wedding. Tented Aspen weddings can bring their challenges. Building a space out of nothing is a challenge but with the help of amazing vendors the vision was brought to life.
Ginger Jar Wedding
The bride’s love of Chinese Ginger jars was the focal point and color theme for the day. Pops of blue were found from her shoes to the table linens. White florals kept the palate simple and timeless. Lastly, the couple used accents of greenery to bring the outside into the tent.
Inside a Tented Aspen Wedding
The sail tent from Sperry Tents was accented with greenery and florals. As well, a center stage and dance floor anchored the room. The mix of table shapes, linens and chairs added a modern touch. Some of the tables featured printed linens with simple china while others showcased pattern china.
